It doesn’t matter who you are or where you came from, just your desire to go further, to reach higher, to achieve more...

"The world needs people of moral courage willing to join the fight to make the world habitable and humane. And these qualities have little to do with success as we have defined it." - David Orr

Dear Readers

I have absolutely no idea how you ended up in this site, maybe you know me or study the same career as I do, or maybe you just like tech and decided to give it a read, either way: Welcome.

“For The Art of Code” is a blog about tech, for techies. Nothing too different at plain sight,  but the heart of this goes way beyond what the eye can see.

My name is Stephanie Zerpa and I am a Front-end Web Development student in a fully online platform called OpenClassrooms. A platform that, to say the least, has changed my life. (More on that on this post!)

I decided to create this blog, half-way through my career studies, because I’ve realized that I got a lot to say!

My life before this path was very different, very non-techie and very artsy. Two things that the average mind might not be able to label together but here I am!

This page is the physical proof that you can mix passions, that you can belief in magic, in art, in one god or many gods and that you can certainly become a developer while at it. You can be from Venezuela, from France, from America or from Japan. It doesn’t matter who you are or where you came from, just your desire to go further, to reach higher, to achieve more.

“For The Art of Code” is for you; the ‘geek’, the doctors, the lawyers or the artist. For all of those who want to join this ride of codes and dreams.

To you, once again: Welcome.
